Oxytropis microphylla (Pall.) DC. is a traditional Tibetan medicine used as an external preparation for clearing heat and detoxification, healing sore muscles, astringent vein hemostasis, defecation, treating plague, constipation, anthrax, swollen painful furuncles. It remains challenge to comprehensively analyze identify the chemical constituents of In this study, new analytical method using combination ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry (UHPLC-MS) effective data mining techniques was established microphylla.
